Hi Susan,

I just wanted to give you a quick update on Isaac. He's been more alert; he's been trying to sit up on his own! He loves it when we stand him and he just looks all around. Yesterday night he woke me up with his voice! He was crying or something but he was making sounds. His 02 sats were good and I talked to him and he was staring at me. He was really alert yesterday. Last weekend I was lying with him and I asked him to turn his head and look at me... AND HE DID! Then my husband started talking to him and asked him to look at him ... AND HE DID TOO! He's not alert all the time. But most of the time. His vision therapist also says that he's doing very well. She sees much progress with him. She'll ask him to touch a toy and he moves his hand : )

I can't wait to see what more progress with 80 more treatments!!!

God bless you, Susan!!!!

UPDATE ON ISAAC
Near Drown Victim Feb 2008

We started our second round of HBOT, since beginning Isaac is now moving his feet and hands when asked to. He will turn his head and eyes when “ASKED” where is Susan ? He will respond to questions and holds his head up for long periods of time. HIS eyes (pupils) are equal and respond to light! he squints in the sun and CLOSES his mouth, with the tongue in the month now!! He raises his eyebrows and has a facial expression. He even gets mad. He has daily Bowel movements. His hands are fully open and is able with out medicine to move his elbows freely.

Prior to HBOT he had unequal pupils, ( dolls eyes) and a stone face with out expression. He was extremely constipated. He did not move his feet and his hands were tight fisted. His feet were pointed downward and in. ( brain stem) now they move and are in a more normal stance. Before beginning HBOT he was unable to move his bowels daily and sometimes not at all.

His eye therapist says that he can SEE and is no longer blind! He is able to blink by himself and responds to loud noises. He is able to hear and process thoughts into actions by responding to direct commands. His is breathing over the trachea and his mouth is closed for the first time.

He is sucking his pacifier and moving his mouth. His has had NO seizures and is off medicines.

I look forward to seeing how GOD answers prayer!
